About

Recent MD graduate, currently based in Chicago, Illinois, where I completed my final 2-years of core and elective clinical rotations across the greater Chicago area.

Preparing to apply for residency this cycle, I bring a clinical approach grounded in health equity and driven by evidence-based medicine. I recognize that outcomes are shaped as much by social context as by pathophysiology, and I meet patients where they are, aligning evidence-based interventions with each person's circumstances, health literacy, and access to build care plans that are both practical and sustainable.

Before medical school, I was selected to serve as a Clinical Scribe supporting the Chief Medical Officer on one of the highest-volume clinical teams at one of the nation’s largest FQHCs. Expanding beyond standard documentation, I assisted in managing complex, high-acuity panels of predominantly uninsured and underinsured patients. I helped facilitate care coordination, workflow improvement, and quality initiatives that advanced access, continuity, and measurable outcomes, dismantling barriers to adherence and delivering evidence-based care in resource-constrained settings.

As President of the Internal Medicine Club at SGU School of Medicine, I led mentorship, residency preparation, faculty engagement, and community outreach, creating structured opportunities for students to pursue service-oriented clinical work.

Rigorous, collaborative, and outcome-focused, I remain committed to advancing equitable, high-quality care in the communities that need it most.
